The public joint-stock company Natsionalny Kosmicheski Bank (NK Bank) was formed in 1993.

NK Bank is a full-service bank handling all basic types of banking transactions in the financial services market, including services for private and corporate customers and financial institutions.

As of July 1, 2009, the bank’s customer pool included some 5,600 corporate and private customers. Lending is a core NK Bank product for corporate customers.
