In the autumn of 2008 a joint decision of the leaders of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs and the Russian Committee for the registration records of the planet created the Department of registering a record of achievements in innovation, production, industry and enterprise.

The world's first single launched a specialized structure, whose main task - to identify and record unusual invention, a unique discovery, the phenomenal achievements of the Russian (and international) organizations, institutions and enterprises in all aspects of their professional activities.
